We believe that you would be looking for the cheapest possible rates for your stay with us and this can be very time consuming, especially if you are on a tight budget, so we have taken the hard work out of it with a guarantee that we will offer you the best available rates on our own website to save you time and most importantly money that can be spent elsewhere on your holiday. If you do book with us directly through our website booking page and you happen to within 24 hours find a lower price elsewhere for our apartments, we will beat that price.
How do we know we are the cheapest?
We set our rates everywhere. Third party websites display our accommodation rates that WE set for them, no one else sets these prices but us. We know for a fact that our prices on our website are the cheapest as we make them so. We add 10-20% on top of our base rates from our website to cover commission costs of third party websites, so all you are doing if you book through a third party is paying them to use their website when you get more value and cheaper price booking direct with us right here.
If you do happen to find a lower rate on an accommodation website anywhere for our apartments, email us or phone us with the details so we can see for ourselves and we will beat this price to give you the best rate available.
- The rate you indicate lower than ours must be available on the same dates and duration of stay
- If already booked, you must notify us within 24 hours of making a booking with this lower price
- Must be listed in the same currency
- Must include GST where applicable
- Must be bookable online if we ask you to proceed with that booking to confirm it is bookable with confirmation of booking if we believe it is not bookable. if you successfully book it with a confirmation of booking, we will make up the difference with you upon check-in. No refund will be granted unless we ask you to go ahead with the booking on a third party website first.
