After Hours Check-in is available by PRIOR ARRANGEMENT after 6pm. Arrivals after 6pm MUST make arrangements with our friendly reception staff before this time, prefereably at the time of booking, to prevent a delayed check-in or worse, being locked out!

When after hours check-in is arranged you will be given entry instructions. When arranged, whether you arrive at 9pm or 4am, rest assured you will then be able to get straight to your room without delay.

Our Tour Desk is open 8am-6pm most days making booking of tours a breeze, we will provide great deals for your next tour and booking through us does not mean it costs more! In fact, you can expect on many occasions to pay less, avoiding all the booking and credit card fees. At Tradewinds McLeod we have the local knowledge of the best tours and weather conditions to help you make the most of your time in Cairns.
